Bio/Artist Statement

Using a variety of fabrics, yarns, feathers, beads and findings, Kit creates framed seasonal Earthscapes made from hand appliqued and quilted fabric to reflect the mountains of western North Carolina. She writes an original haiku for each framed Earthscape.
